Return Policy

Effective January 1, 2013

 A receipt is required for all returns.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to receive payment returned in the form it was received. For example if a purchase is paid for with a credit card the same credit card will be used for refund.  The last 4 digits of the card and the card on the receipt must match up.

Returns for Store Gift Certificate may be made up to 60 days past the date of purchase.

Checks:  Returns with Checks made within 10 days of check purchase a refund will be given in a form of Boots & Heels gift certificate.  After 10 days but within 30 days cash may be given.

All Special Orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Gift Receipts: Refund issued on a Boots & Heels Gift Certificate

Gift Certificate Purchases: Refund will be issued on Boots & Heels Gift Certificate.
